Student Application

Sound+Science is a free after-school music and science project + learning + making program for NYC public high school students.

We meet twice a week from 5:00-7:00 pm at Civic Hall (124 E 14th St, Manhattan, near Union Square) for approximately 10 weeks.

Mentors will guide you in learning digital recording, beat-making, Hip-Hop-to-AI, Python music coding, Science of Sound and other exciting topics. You will get to create projects of your own choosing (songs, performances, programs, etc.) and present them at the end of the program.
